I think episode 17 is extremely underrated because of this, he already breaks down in front of Emilia and projects the way he hates himself, then we get episode 18 where he actually admits it and its beautiful. The whole conversation beyond that is corny tho

When you got so excited about "HE'S JOINING THE BAND!" my brain just absolutely went towards that one Phineas Ferb episode. Had to laugh when you actually mentioned it a bit after.

I love Kazuma. He is a truly good father and a great person. He's a real father to Kyo, whereas his own father is nothing but shit. Seeing this scene reminds me of Avatar the Last Airbender. Kazuma reminds me of Uncle Iroh. Uncle Iroh was more of a true father to Zuko than Ozai ever was. Kazuma is a real father to Kyo.

Shigure is a true man of mystery. His character develop really goes on a whole different level. You are uncertain him you can really even trust him or not. Love him or hate him, I do find his character here likable at least, even with his shady side in the reboot.

Well I guess no one understood that tohru cried at rooftop because when kyo said he will help her if she find someone for herself... subconsciously hurted and she felt immense pain so her tears started falling down after that....she loves him and him seeing that line was hurtful for her.

Kyo does comes up with the answer what to do next and the answer was just get married with tohru 😂

I think the reason i reasonate so much with rudeus from mushoku tensen is the fact that he was a neet but got a second chance at life in a world with much more awe inspiring things that actually made him intrested in learning things and becoming a powerful person in that world and how it made me think if i wasnt born in this world but instead born in a world with magic and fantasy id thrive and succeed

I watched the anime and I would like to know if the manga or the Light Novel is better and where should I start. Vol 3?

Maybe Im alone in this but I feel like the 2001 version portrayed this arc way better. There was more build up to the reveal and you see Tohru struggling to find Kyo and fight through the bad weather conditions. Whereas in 2019 she just kinda magically knows where Kyo is. There was a desperation to find Kyo let alone confront him. Overall I think 2019 is better but I was kinda disappointed with how rushed this arc felt.

I have troubles forming my own opinions on stuff but I will say i love Kyo (and think he and Toru have the best chemistry in the show tho I can see why others shipped her and Yuko at the start since I just started too) because he’s the type of tsundere I like. He doesn’t beat up the people he love’s up or any other stuff like that. He shows his love through aggression, not assault
